Tuxedos Pet Grooming
Tuxedos Pet grooming is a small home based business catering to the pets and their pet parents. We pride ourselves on working one on one with our customers to give them just what they want for their grooming experience.
Dogs come in one on one or with other pets that are in the same family and are bathed with a bathing system in our specially built dog tub. This tub has regular sized stairs to make walking into the tub an easy experience for any of the larger breeds. Small dogs are easily lifted or walk in if they are more comfortable.
Drying and grooming are done with utmost patience and skill with the pets comfort in mind. While we will demat a dog with minor matting our focus is on comfort and as such if a dog is overly matted he must either come in for multiple sessions or be shaved for his own comfort and safety.

About us
Tuxedos Pet grooming was named after my very first dog named Tuxedo. While we lost Tuxedo in 2015 he will forever be in our hearts and his legacy will live on with this salon name.
We currently only have one staff member. Ayri Niemi who owns and runs Tuxedos pet grooming has been working with animals all her life. Ayri has been grooming since 2010 and continues to learn new things from seminars that she attends throughout both Canada and the USA.
Ayri believes in a quiet patient approach to grooming where the dogs needs come first. While different dogs require different methods to keep them calm and happy Ayri believes all dogs react positively to patience and a gentle disposition.
While Ayri loves working with dogs her love for horses also keeps her busy so if you arent able to get her directly on the phone she is probably riding horses or helping children to learn that same passion.
